For nearly four decades we at the Marcus Julius Research Institute for Family and Children Law have tried to gather experience in family law-related matters, focusing on US and international aspects. Our strength is in our team of academics and professionals. We do not aim to be the best; we simply love the scientific research, and we try to be passionate in what we do.

 

Our goal is to analyze problems, trying to find out the ways to improve laws. Our values derive from a traditional approach, mixed with practical innovation and a teamwork-inspired culture.
